Our no fuss guarantee: You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. (Note: we can only accept returns on unworn apparel merchandise. We cannot refund or exchange a worn item unless it is faulty). The item or items being returned must be in exactly the same condition you received them and both the product and its packaging must be intact. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error. In the unlikely event that you will need to return a product, please follow the following instructions.
How to Return or Exchange: 1. Please send us an e-mail to: email@example.com letting us know what you are sending back to us and if you can, why? Please also state if you are looking for a full or partial refund or exchange and your original Order Number, which you will find on the order confirmation .
2. Please box or pack your return carefully, send the parcel to:

3. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to F4 Fitness at your own expense.
4. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.
