Jump-Stretch bands are highly versatile, large 41 inch "superbands" that have been used in athlete training for many years. Common usage includes stretching, resistance training and pull-up assistance. Resistance training can be performed with individual flexbands alone or with the VTS flexband handle systems for added comfort. In pairs, these flexbands are often used to provide variable added resistance to barbell exercises such as squats and bench presses. Whilst traveling you can add serious resistance to body weight squats and press-ups.
Available in four different strengths:
Level 1 - Light - (Red) Approximately 25 lbs resistance commonly called the "monster mini band"
Level 2 - Average - (Violet) Approximately 50 lbs resistance. A good all-round level and great for doing assisted pull-ups.
Level 3 - Medium - (Green) Approximately 75 lbs resistance. Serious resistance.
Level 4 - Heavy - (Blue) Approximately 100 lbs resistance. Only for the elite fit.
Sold individually or in pairs
The VTS Flexband Handles are an excellent choice to enhance your workouts. The Monster Handle incorporates a proper climbing locking karabiner which has a large 2 inch wide base that will work with Levels 1-3. The regular handle will only work with Levels 1 and 2.
These handles offer the added benefit of providing a proper door anchor in an appropriately strong doorway. A second handle may be desired in order to provide a comfortable grip.
